The KC20 was availalble with rain-effect finishes including pacific blue rain, red rain and purple rain. The body had an arch to the top and back. If it was made in the USA it would have just that on the rear of the headstock along with a serial number. Despite its appearance typical Ibanez RG, it accuses still quite a weight. Red with black cracks on body, 2 single coil and 1 humbucker washburn pickup, s Floyd Rose bridge, maple neck, rosewood fretboard. I sanded the table the fuchsia glitter, blah blah Hardware was black including, six-on-one-side tuners, Floyd Rose S tremolo and locking nut. Hi again Gitguy, the neckplates just give the adress of where Washburn were located at that time.
Thanks for the photo bucket tip. Our members also liked: It is indeed slim. Finish options included black and natural gold. Alsom mine had originally black hardware not chrome. The body is in three parts, and could be of alder. The KC44 had an alder body with an arched top and back a little like the Ibanez S-Series with deeply scalloped cutaways.
I can not find it tremendously wife’s hand, however the game is tiring because you have to compensate for the “empty”.
Request a new review. I bought mine through Mars Music online in I guess it is possible that it was an 8 to segies year old guitar but still new, but yeah really confused. The body is in three parts, and could be of alder. The body had an arch to the top and back.
Some pics would help. The Washburn KC70 was made from to The single-coils have a lot of “hum”, but I think age is not foreign to my model It was a Chicago Serids superstrat with an alder body, deep scalloped cutaways and angled bolt-on neck heel. Not satisfied with those reviews? I see no mention of this color anywhere though. But if you want the sound of death, consider changing it by a good EMG!
But it seems there is a lot of amateurs, this type of profile.
The humbucker is limited to rock, it does not have enough punch for harmonics and flirts with the metal or blues chubby. The KC40 had a 22 jumbo fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, six-on-one-side tuners, Floyd Rose S Pro tremolo with locking nut, one exposed seriss and two single coil Washburn pickups HSS controlled by two knobs 1 volume, 1 tonefive-way switch, chrome hardware. I’ll put up some pics on the MG series pages later and you can have a look.
One of my single-coils is almost dead winding relaxed? I sanded the table the fuchsia glitter, blah blah The Washburn KC20 was the entry level Chicago series superstrat.
The KC44 had an alder body with an arched top and back a little like the Ibanez S-Series with deeply scalloped cutaways. The serial number is not indicative of the year and I have no idea what color this is?
User reviews: Washburn KCV – Audiofanzine
The central micro, in my case, up is down because it hinders my attack mediator, and does not sound particular interest, as most microphones Central elsewhere. It is even difficult to twist it by pulling it. The humbucker has many many PCHE. But it’s a good scratch following well, for sure, and is now at a ridiculous price.

Australia had been flooded with low quality guitars from time to time, in the early nineties I could not find a decent Fender Strat to buy in the normal guitar shops although the specialty shops did have highly expensive used imports.
I still have the original Washburn case and wammy bar which I didn’t use all that often. This is a MIJ Takeushi. One question, why isn’t the serial number indicative of the year produced?? Red with chicagi cracks on body, 2 single coil and 1 humbucker washburn pickup, s Floyd Rose bridge, maple neck, rosewood fretboard.
The neck joint was angled back and the solid alder body had deeply scalloped cutaways – both these features were designed to improve access to the upper frets.
I had one of these inSSH pickups seriee a non locking trem system.
February 07, I share the view of overall Myrapha on this guitar. Finish options included black and natural gold. The thin bolt-on maple neck had a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Many of these guitars were available in Washburn’s woodstone and rain finishes which were a kind of marbled kcc-70v speckled paint effect respectively.
WASHBURN KC (Chicago) SERIES
Is your guitar one of the Mercury MG models – some of these were actually made in Oc-70v from on. For it is against the mega strong. It’s quite likely someone else will be along with more details or to correct me but think I’m not far out. But mine is a 24 fret instead of a
